Elstad is a Junior shooter from Norway who started to compete at the age of 11 years old.

Having started at an early age he set his sights on an Olympic medal in the 2020 Olympic Games and has made a good start in his career so far, being crowned 5 times Norwegian Junior Champion.

Elstad is currently studying economics and leadership at the university in Norway, Drammen.

I love to drive, discover new places and travel to other countries.

what is your proudest moment?

When I trained with Nicco Campriani, Petra Zublasing and Henri Junghaenel in a training camp for the National team in Norway.

Try to train smarter and better than your competitors.

What defines us is how well we rise after we fall.

what is the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Ole Einar Bjoerndalen gave me some great advice: "never change more than 10% of something that works".
