Background

Bill had grown up playing Volleyball most of his life representing NSW & Australia at junior level and A Grade to age 40. As he got older, injuries forced him to retire but the competitive passion still flowed. After watching the Olympics in Athens and seeing the shooting events, he decided he would like to try it quoting to his wife “I always hit the ducks at the carnival and win you a toy”, Bill started competitive rimfire Benchrest target shooting in 2006.

Bill is born and raised in Sydney Australia. Since leaving school Bill has built up a large and successful family Commercial Cleaning & Caretaking business that runs from Sydney to Brisbane 24 hours a day, and employs over 100 people.

Bill is married with 2 kids and family is a big importance in his life, along with shooting, sports, wine and travel.

Bill has been Australian Team Captain since 2008 and is also President of the World Rimfire & Air Rifle Benchrest federation since 2009.
